Nakanoshima Shipyard Ltd. has been building various vessels, mainly for port civil engineering, since 1990, but in 2005, the company changed course to building domestic cargo ships, and 20 years have passed since then.
The Japan Railway Construction, Transport and Technology Agency (JRTTA) has been promoting the development and commercialization of advanced carbon dioxide reduction ships since fiscal 2010, and has already constructed two certified ships.
We will continue to meet shipowners' needs for safe and efficient marine transportation through the construction of high-quality, fuel-efficient, energy-efficient coastal vessels.
